Langlois Lawyers team expands by four

Langlois Lawyers announced that four new talents have joined the labour and employment law, litigation and insurance law groups in the Montreal and Quebec City offices.

According to the firm’s press release, Emmanuelle Boilard practises in the labour and employment law group at the Montreal office. She assists clients and colleagues with the analysis of various legal issues, particularly with regard to the interpretation and application of collective labour agreements and employment contracts, the imposition of disciplinary measures, labour standards, termination of employment as well as human rights and freedoms.

Mélanie Houle has joined the litigation group in the firm’s Quebec City office. She practises primarily in the areas of insurance law as well as civil and professional liability. Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to two Court of Appeal judges for nearly two years and she previously worked as a paralegal for over 10 years.

Elizabeth Latulippe Bresolin has joined the litigation group in Montreal. Her practice focuses on insurance law, more specifically, in civil and professional liability, as well as in construction law and health law.

Pascal Salagan has joined the litigation group in Montreal. His practice extends to all aspects of civil and commercial litigation, including matters relating to the insurance, construction, civil, contractual and professional liability sectors.
