Harper Grey adds associate counsel to workplace law group

Harper Grey LLP announced that Rose Keith has left her sole practice to join the firm as associate counsel with its workplace law group.

According to the firm’s press release, Keith’s general civil litigation practice has provided her with extensive experience in plaintiff’s personal injury matters, workplace law matters and general civil litigation. Her general civil litigation practice has exposed her to a broad spectrum of matters including defamation, misappropriation, contractual breaches and sales of businesses.

During her 25 years of practice she has been involved in insurance law and has represented clients in a broad variety of cases including social host liability, property damage, occupiers’ liability and professional liability.
Keith is also a roster member of MediateBC and her deep workplace law experience can be put to use in mediating workplace disputes.

She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1992 and was called to the B.C. bar in 1993.
