Two new associates for Stewart McKelvey in P.E.I.

Stewart McKelvey announced that Will Cann and Michael Carver have recently joined the firm’s office in Charlottetown as associates.

According to the firm’s press release, Cann’s practice focuses on general litigation, including criminal, insurance and public law.

Carver joins the firm to assist clients in the areas of real property, estates and trusts, litigation and entertainment.

Cann also has experience with administrative tribunals and regulatory bodies.

He received a BA in history (honours) from Acadia University in 2014 and a juris doctor from Dalhousie University in 2019.

Carver has experience preparing wills, powers of attorney and health care directives, and he has also dealt with the purchase and sale of real and personal property.

He earned a BA from the University of Prince Edward Island in 2009 and a bachelor of education from the University of New Brunswick in 2011. He also has a juris doctor from Bond University of Australia, earned in 2015-2016 and a JD from the University of New Brunswick in 2018.
