New labour and employment associate for Hicks Morley

Hicks Morley announced that Jason Mercier has joined the firm as an associate in its Ottawa office.
According to the firm’s press release, Mercier provides advice and representation to employers and management in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of labour, employment and human rights issues, including grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, labour disputes, termination and wrongful dismissals, occupational health and safety, worker’s safety and insurance, human rights and accommodation and employment standards.
Mercier obtained his juris doctor from the University of Ottawa. Prior to joining Hicks Morley, he was an associate at a leading international law firm, where he regularly appeared before various courts and administrative tribunals.
He is fluent in both French and English and maintains a fully bilingual practice
