Neinstein adds two associates

Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers announced that Brandyn Di Domineco and Madison McNerney have joined the Toronto personal injury firm as associates.

Di Domineco, who articled at Neinstein, completed his BA at Western University, where he obtained an honours specialization in criminology while graduating with distinction. He then went on to graduate with a JD from Queen’s University Law School, where he received recognition on the dean’s honour list. While at Queen’s, Di Domineco was an active member of the Queen’s Law varsity hockey team, Pro Bono Radio and Queen’s Law Outreach.

In addition, while in law school, Di Domineco developed advocacy skills through the Queen’s Law Legal Aid Clinic. In his role as a student case worker, he advocated on behalf of clients at Ontario Disability Support Program hearings, Criminal Injuries Compensation Board hearings and in front of the Landlord and Tenant Board.

McNerney completed her bachelor of arts degree in global development studies from Queen’s University. She then went on to complete the Dual Juris Doctorate program at University of Windsor Faculty of Law in conjunction with the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. She graduated in 2018 with both a Canadian and American JD. While in law school, she interned for a Judge at the Third Judicial Circuit Court in Detroit and was a student case worker at Windsor’s Community Legal Aid Clinic.
