Appeal by the creditor, JICO Holdings (JICO), from the denial of its application for a bankruptcy order against Lynco Construction (Lynco). JICO claimed Lynco owed it approximately $685,000 under certain leases, as well as approximately $5,500 it alleged Lynco had wrongfully retained from the sale of certain property.
