Partner, two new associates join Clark Wilson

Clark Wilson announced the arrival of new partner Matthew Singerman and new associates Dani Marshall and Denny Chung to the Vancouver firm.

According to the firm’s press release, Singerman is a partner in its commercial real estate group. He was previously vice-president and general counsel at Aquilini Group in Vancouver. He has experience in real estate and business acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, property development and financing, construction, ownership, operations and management and leasing. He has advised on key transactional legal agreements for many complex multiproperty and multijurisdictional commercial real estate projects across Canada.

Marshall’s practice also focuses on commercial real estate. 

She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario (2013) and a juris doctor from the University of Victoria (2016). She was called to the B.C. bar in 2017.

Chung works in the areas of infrastructure, construction and procurement and insurance.

He received a BA in criminology and legal studies in 2013 from Simon Fraser University and his juris doctor in 2017 from the University of Alberta. He was called to the B.C. bar in 2018.
