Three associates join Dunton Rainville

Dunton Rainville announced that associate lawyers Lilia Benaïssa, Nicolas Moran Lévesque and Thomas Rainville have joined the firm’s Montreal office.

According to the firm’s press release, Benaïssa, admitted to the Quebec bar in 2019, holds a bachelor of civil law, bachelor of laws and an honours BA in conflict studies and human rights from McGill University. She has also completed several specialized training courses, including international humanitarian law at the University of Ottawa, in collaboration with the Canadian Red Cross.

Benaïssa works primarily in the areas of administrative law and civil and commercial litigation, particularly in citizenship and immigration Law .

Moran Lévesque was called to the bar in 2017 after completing his law studies at the Université du Québec à Montréal. He is primarily active in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, including shareholder litigation, commercial leases, collection, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency.

He represents a clientele of entrepreneurs, insolvency trustees and financial institutions, both in the courts of first instance and the Court of Appeal.

Rainville holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa. He works primarily in the areas of public law, labour law and civil and commercial litigation. Admitted to the Quebec bar in 2019, he joined the Dunton Rainville team after completing his professional internship.
