Appeal by Head from a decision by the Newfoundland and Labrador Review Board ordering his continued detention. The appellant suffered from chronic schizophrenia from 2003 onward, requiring admission to hospital on four prior occasions. In 2006, the appellant was found not criminally responsible for possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and mischief.
