New managing partner for Cox & Palmer in Fredericton

Cox & Palmer announced that Daniel Stevenson has been named managing partner of its Fredericton office.

According to the firm’s press release, Stevenson is a member of its corporate, commercial, securities and tax practice groups. As a business lawyer, Stevenson represents public and private corporations, lenders and individuals on a wide range of complex transactions throughout Atlantic Canada and beyond. He regularly advises his clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, national offerings and other securities related transactions, commercial financings, tax-driven reorganizations and commercial real estate. Stevenson also provides guidance to business owners in relation to succession and estate planning matters.

Stevenson joins the firm’s New Brunswick management team and policy board comprised of Ed Keyes, New Brunswick and Saint John managing partner, Tracy Wong, Moncton managing partner, and Carolyn Wong, chief operating officer.
