Dentons adds new tax partner in Montreal

Dentons announced that Marc Lesage has joined the firm as a partner in its tax group.

According to the firm’s press release, Lesage, based in Montreal, has experience on a broad range of tax litigation matters, with particular emphasis on large, complex income and commodity tax matters. In addition to income and commodity tax counsel, he advises a range of clients on audits, compliance review and tax planning. He has appeared before the Tax Court of Canada, the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court of Quebec and the Court of Appeal of Quebec.
