New Toronto partners for Dickinson Wright

Dickinson Wright LLP announced the election of Philip Aubry, Tracy Bergeron and Sahar Cadili as new partners in the firm’s Toronto office, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

According to the firm's press release, Aubry's practice includes advising domestic and foreign public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border deals, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets, reorganizations, partnerships, joint ventures and general corporate matters. He advises publicly traded and privately held companies on corporate and securities-related matters, including cross-border public and private offerings of debt, equity, convertible and hybrid securities, stock exchange listings, corporate governance issues and periodic reporting obligations under securities law. He is a member of both the Ontario and Quebec bars. 

Bergeron represents employers in workplace safety and insurance, human rights and other employment and labour law matters including pay equity, health and safety, alleged employment standards breaches and labour disputes. She conducts workplace investigations related to workplace harassment and violence complaints. 

Cadili is a commercial litigator with a focus on shareholder disputes, oppression cases, injunctions, breaches of contract, as well as disputes over real and personal property. She also practises estates litigation and has extensive experience in will challenges, power of attorney disputes and trustee accounting.
