One new partner, one returning partner for Affleck Greene McMurtry

Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP announced that Chris Somerville has joined the partnership and partner Kyle Peterson has returned to the firm.
According to the firm’s press release, Somerville has experience in wide range of cases, including commercial and civil litigation, securities litigation, construction litigation, product liability, administrative law and employment disputes.
Peterson was on a leave of absence from the firm while sitting as a member of Parliament for which he did not seek re-election. He returned to his full-time practice as a partner as of Jan. 13, 2020.
Peterson’s commercial litigation and advocacy practice focuses on securities, insurance, construction and employment disputes.
