Appeal by the Musqueam Indian Band (Musqueam) from a judgment of the British Columbia Court of Appeal confirming a decision that the Assessor could consider a use restriction under a lease in determining the value of the lands for tax assessment purposes. Musqueam surrendered a portion of its reserve lands to the Crown in 1957 for lease to the Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club (Club).
