Five lawyers join Lavery labour and employment team

Lavery Lawyers announced that partners Richard Gaudreault, Benoit Brouillette and Ariane Pasquier and associates Elizabeth Bourgeois and Camille Rioux have joined the firm’s labour and employment practice.

According to the firm’s press release, Gaudreault concentrates his practice in the negotiation of collective agreements and in advice during the planning and reorganization of human resources of private companies and public institutions.

Brouillette serves clients from private, public and parapublic organizations in their daily and strategic management in terms of human resources and labour relations.

Pasquier acts as a spokesperson during collective agreement negotiations, particularly in the municipal sector. She also has specific expertise in public security, both with police organizations and fire safety services.

Bourgeois has acquired experience in dispute resolution and frequently advises public and private organizations in connection with problematic situations arising in the workplace.

Rioux advises employers from public, parapublic and private sectors on issues related to human resources management and the development of good working relationships.
