Appeal by the plaintiff, Hospira Healthcare Corporation, from a Federal Court judgment dismissing an appeal from a Prothonotary’s order. The plaintiff and the defendant, the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology, were among several entities involved in patent infringement litigation.
