New equity partner joins McCarthy Tétrault in Toronto

McCarthy Tétrault announced that Casey Halladay has joined the firm as an equity partner in the competition/antitrust and foreign investment group in Toronto.

According to the firm’s press release, Halladay is an experienced competition lawyer, with particular expertise in cartel and civil investigations, competition litigation and merger review. He has practised with competition/antitrust firms in Washington, London and Toronto. 

Halladay regularly advises clients on Competition Bureau investigations, including with respect to cartels, misleading representations, dominance and other reviewable conduct matters.
