Four join Minden Gross partnership

Minden Gross LLP announced the admission to partnership of Benjamin (Ben) BloomEli KutnerBenjamin Radcliffe and Enzo Sallese.

According to the firm’s press release, Bloom’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general commercial matters. Much of his work is with private equity funds and other institutional acquirers of businesses, as well as businesses in the health care sector and suppliers of information technology products and services. 

Kutner advises clients on a range of real property matters, with a focus on condominium, land and mixed-use development, real estate financing and property acquisitions and dispositions. His clients include builders, developers, major corporations, entrepreneurs and real estate investment trusts providing advice from land acquisition, through to disclosures and agreements of purchase and sale. 

Radcliffe acts for commercial retail, office and industrial landlords and tenants on a variety of leasing matters, including negotiating complex leasing transactions. He also advises clients in the recreational cannabis industry with respect to establishing a retail footprint, as well as advising both landlord and tenants on issues arising in connection with cannabis use in retail and industrial settings. 

Sallese’s practice focuses on commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and property development, as well as commercial leasing. He also has extensive experience in the areas of banking and financial services, including asset backed lending, loan restructuring and mortgage enforcement.
