Appeal by Holtby-York from a decision by the Automobile Injury Appeal Commission (Commission) dismissing her appeal from a decision regarding her survivor benefits. York was fatally injured in a motor vehicle accident. His spouse, Holtby-York, was entitled to survivor benefits pursuant to s. 144 of The Automobile Accident Insurance Act (Act).
