The B.C. provincial court is beginning to take steps to move towards a full reopening after suspending operations in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The court is also making telephone sentencing hearings available for some non-urgent, out-of-custody matters and resuming case conferences in family and small claims cases by telephone or videoconference.
