Dutton Brock adds three associates

Dutton Brock LLP announced three former articling students have joined the Toronto insurance litigation firm as associates, Madalina Dreve, Ranisha Fernando and Daniel Guerrisi.

Dreve is developing a practice in insurance defence litigation within the areas of general negligence, commercial liability, occupier’s liability, product liability and personal injury.

She completed her bachelor of arts in sociology at Ryerson University. She then completed her juris doctor degree at Western University.

Fernando continues to develop a broad practice in insurance defence litigation, with an emphasis on first party accident benefit disputes. She also practises in the areas of general negligence, coverage, product liability, commercial liability, occupier’s liability and personal injury.

She attended the University of Waterloo and graduated on the dean’s list with a BA in legal studies and business. She subsequently obtained her JD from the University of Ottawa.

Guerrisi is developing a practice in defendant litigation in areas of general negligence, construction, coverage, commercial liability and personal injury.

He completed his honours BA at the University of Toronto with a specialist degree in political science and history and went on to earn a bachelors of education at Lakehead University. He then completed his juris doctor degree at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
