DLA Piper adds partner, associate to Vancouver office

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP announced that Colin Brousson has joined the firm as partner and Jeffrey Bradshaw as associate to its national restructuring group. Both lawyers formerly worked for Gowling WLG and join the Vancouver office. ‎‎

According to the firm’s press release Brousson has a restructuring and insolvency ‎practice and has significant experience acting for major stakeholders in complex corporate restructuring engagements ‎across key industries. He acts for all parties affected by the insolvency process including: debtors, lenders, ‎purchasers, secured and unsecured creditors, and directors, as well as trustees, receivers and monitors.‎ Brousson is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, an organization that recognizes excellence in the ‎area of insolvency and restructuring.

Bradshaw has a practice focused on restructuring and insolvency law. ‎He not only has experience at all levels of court in British Columbia acting for stakeholders in complex insolvencies and enforcement proceedings, but he gained insight into the litigation process when he completed a clerkship with the Supreme ‎Court of British Columbia‎.‎
