Drive to convenience leaves concerns behind

Three times during the night the baby-monitoring system awakens the parents because the child was having a rough night. The parents drift to sleep. But before knowing it, a wearable fitness/sleep wrist device alerts the parents that it’s time to get up and get ready for work.

The parents check the smart phone for the quality of the night’s sleep. Not surprisingly, the result comes back as “poor.”
