Lavery adds partner, three associates

Lavery Lawyers announced the arrival of four new professionals to its team.

According to the firm’s press release, Ouassim Tadlaoui is a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution group and focuses his practice in banking litigation, restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency as well as construction surety. He is based in the firm’s Montreal office.

Associate lawyer Eva Fog is a member of the family, personal and estate law group. She focuses her practice in family law, particularly divorce, separation, child custody, relocation, property division and child and spousal support. She also works from the Montreal office.

Associate Anne-Sophie Paquet is a member of the business law group and focuses her practice in the areas of transactional law and mergers and acquisitions. She is based in Quebec City.

Associate Laurie Vandal-Fortin is a member of the business law group and focuses her practice in the areas of transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization and corporate law. She works from the Quebec City office.
