Two new partners for McCarthy Tétrault labour and employment group in Montreal

McCarthy Tétrault announced that new partners Alexandre Buswell and Myriane Le François have joined the firm’s labour and employment group in the Montreal office.

According to the firm’s press release, Buswell, a fellow of the American College of Labour and Employment Lawyers joins the firm with a practice focused on all areas of labour and employment law for both federally regulated and provincially regulated undertakings. He provides counsel on issues including non-competition and non-solicitation obligations, dismissal of employees and executives, allegations of discrimination and psychological or sexual harassment and human rights.

With over 15 years of experience, Myriane joins the firm with a labour and employment practice that services both federally regulated and provincially regulated employers on their most critical human resources and labour relations matters, including complex terminations, harassment and discrimination claims and disability issues in the workplace. She also assists clients in collective bargaining negotiations, labour and employment disputes and labour relations boards advocacy.
