Prescription drug laws no easy fix, lawyers say

The federal government wants to curb the abuse of prescription drugs, but a high-profile medical journal and two prominent members of the legal community feel proposed measures don’t go far enough.

The trouble is, there isn’t an obvious solution to the problem, which has reached frightening levels with young people.
