Calls for CBSA oversight renewed following detainee death

The recent death of a Somali refugee in immigration custody is just the latest case highlighting the urgent need for external oversight of the Canada Border Services Agency, according to Alex Neve, secretary general of Amnesty International Canada and a former immigration and refugee lawyer.
