Foglers adds two partners, two associates

Fogler, Rubinoff LLP announced that Tim Duncan and Jennifer Campbell have joined the firm as partners, while Pritika Deepak and Sasha Kraus have been hired as associates.

According to the firm’s press release, Duncan will work in the insolvency and restructuring law group. Duncan is a commercial litigator with particular expertise in bankruptcy and insolvency issues and land use planning matters. He advises clients on both the debtor and creditor sides of proposals to creditors, bankruptcies, receiverships and restructurings. He also regularly acts on development applications and approvals and expropriation matters.

Campbell will work with the capital markets and securities law group. She acts for both companies and registered dealers in a broad range of industries and has extensive expertise working with junior issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange. In over 20 years of practice, she has been involved in numerous significant financings (public offerings and private placements) and complex commercial agreements for clients in the natural resource, cannabis and sports sectors. Campbell also provides advice on matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations, and she has assisted clients in navigating many challenging financial and regulatory environments.

Deepak joins the tax and wills and estates law group. She is developing a broad tax practice and has a particular interest in corporate taxation and estate planning for owner/managers and high net-worth individuals.

Kraus will also work with the wills and estates group. She assists clients with a wide variety of estate planning issues as well as estate administration. She joins the firm after four years with RBC Wealth Management. Prior to her time at RBC, Kraus worked in private practice.
