Rudner Law hires labour and employment lawyer

Rudner Law announced that Alex Minkin has joined the firm as an associate with a focus on employment litigation.

According to the firm’s press release, Minkin obtained his undergraduate degree from Queen’s University in economics and political science, and his juris doctor from the Osgoode Hall Law School. Minkin participated in an overseas exchange program, attending one semester at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, with a focus on international and constitutional law.

After being called to the bar of Ontario in 2013, Minkin practised at a boutique civil litigation firm in Toronto. He has worked on a wide array of cases (employment law, commercial litigation, partnership disputes, construction law and property disputes, among others), representing both the plaintiff side and the defendant side.
