Hicks Morley promotes three to partner

Hicks Morley announced that Jacqueline Luksha, Julia Nanos and Shivani Chopra, all based in the Toronto office, have joined the firm’s partnership.

According to the firm’s press release, Luksha advises clients on mitigating risks during significant workplace changes. She also represents clients in human rights complaints, grievance arbitrations, wrongful dismissal claims, labour injunctions, employment standards complaints and employment contract disputes. 

Nanos advises public and private sector employers on a wide-range of labour and employment issues, with particular focus on labour disputes, grievance and interest arbitration, collective bargaining, human rights and accommodation, workplace investigations, wrongful dismissal litigation, employment contracts and employment standards.

Chopra is an experienced litigator who frequently advises employers on a wide variety of matters, including: accommodation issues, occupational health and safety, performance management, termination, human rights and wrongful dismissal claims.
