Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, with matters before all levels of court in Alberta, the New York Appellate Division and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Luu joined BD&P in 2012 as an articling student following her clerkship with the Alberta Court of Appeal. She has since developed a broad commercial litigation and domestic and international arbitration practice focusing on complex disputes. She has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, at the Alberta Securities Commission and before arbitration tribunals seated in Canada and abroad.
