Cassels Brock adds four new partners

Cassels Brock has added four new partners: Patience Omokhodion, Todd Robinson, Shaun Khullar and Robert Lysy. As part of the financial services group, Omokhodion works on all types of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including cross-border transactions, project financings, public-private partnership transactions and joint venture.

Before joining Cassels Brock, Omokhodion practised at Clifford Chance LLP in London, England. Robinson practises in the construction law group with a focus on construction litigation. Khullar, who joins the securities group, practises corporate and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Lysy will focus on commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing.
