Wildeboer Dellelce LLP welcomed James Hutchinson as a partner to the firm’s tax practice group.

He works primarily in the areas of structuring both international and domestic transactions, structuring real estate investments and advising on cross-border and international structures including establishing Canadian operations. Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, he was co-chair of the tax group at a large national law firm.

Hutchinson has spoken on tax-related matters before the Canadian Tax Foundation, Chartered Professional Accountants (formerly CICA) Tax Executives Institute, the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and the American Bar Association.

Katy Pitch, chair of the firm’s tax practice, said: “We are very excited to have James join the tax group and solidify the tax group as a leader in Canadian and cross-border corporate and real estate transactions.”
