Langlois adds new privacy partner

Langlois Lawyers welcomed its newest partner and lawyer, Cynthia Chassigneux, whose main focus is on privacy protection.

According to the Montreal firm’s news release, Chassigneux concentrates on biometrics, artificial intelligence, privacy incidents, governance, health research, cross-border data flows and video surveillance. Her expertise applies to both public and private organizations.

Before joining the firm in Montreal, she was employed by the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec for over 10 years, six of which were spent as an administrative judge assigned to the surveillance section.
