Dutton Brock adds associate

Dutton Brock announced that Ian Nicholls Mutter has joined the Toronto firm as an associate.
The firm’s press release said that prior to joining Dutton Brock, Nicholls Mutter articled and worked at a prominent Bay Street insurance defence litigation firm.
He has successfully argued for his clients at most levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal. He has experience in a wide range of insurance defence matters, including commercial general liability, tort, general negligence, professional negligence, nuisance claims and coverage disputes.
Nicholls Mutter received an honours bachelor of science degree in psychology from Dalhousie University in 2012. He received his juris doctor from Western University in 2017 and was called to the bar in 2018.
