Big changes could be on way for Ontario workplace landscape

Lowering the threshold for overtime pay to 40 hours, mandatory paid sick days and an increase in paid vacation time to three weeks from the customary two are just a few of the items that could see a massive overhaul this spring as the Changing Workplaces Review is about to be finalized.

When the final report is released it will provide recommended updates to the province's workplace laws and could change the way people do business in Ontario.
