Let paralegals handle some family court cases, report recommends

The Family Legal Services Review released on March 6 by former Ontario provincial court chief justice Annemarie Bonkalo is creating a controversial reaction in Ontario due to her recommendation to allow paralegals provide certain family law services unsupervised, including appearing in court.
