Three new associates for Wildeboer Dellelce

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP welcomed Nathan Holloway, Rachel Manno and Peter Hill as associates to the firm.

According to the firm’s press release, Holloway practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate and commercial law.

He earned a juris doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds an honours BA in criminal justice and public policy from the University of Guelph.

Manno joins the firm’s debt products practice group.

She began practising with the banking and financial services group at a large, national full-service law firm. She has represented lenders and borrowers, private and public companies, on cash flow and asset-based loans, securitizations and public-private infrastructure projects.

Manno then practised in-house as senior counsel for the capital markets group of Royal Bank of Canada on derivatives work supporting documentation, risk, operational and trading floor front office teams. Before joining Wildeboer Dellelce, she acted as general counsel and chief operating officer of fintech small business lender Lendified Inc.

Hill practises primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial, M&A, corporate finance and securities law. 

He is a graduate of the dual J.D./MBA program at Western University Law and Ivey Business School.
