McCarthy adds counsel to national business law group

McCarthy Tétrault welcomed Danielle Bush as counsel in its national business law group in Toronto.

According to the firm’s press release, Bush, regarded as one of Canada’s foremost experts in the online gaming space and applicable Canadian law, has more than three decades of experience in all facets of the gaming industry. She regularly acts for a wide range of companies in the gaming industry and in sectors that intersect with gaming, including online sportsbooks; casinos and poker rooms; companies active in the eSports vertical; casino operators; gaming regulators and more. She represents many of the world’s largest gaming companies, advising them on obtaining listings; regulatory and compliance issues across jurisdictions; mergers and acquisitions; branding, marketing and regulated industries; intellectual property; and other matters.
