Heinen Hutchinson promotes lawyer to counsel

Henein Hutchison LLP announced that Jennifer Brevorka has been promoted to counsel.

According to the litigation boutique’s press release, Brevorka practises civil and criminal law. She frequently represents officials or executives accused of wrongdoing by employers, prosecutors, or government regulators.

Brevorka is a Yale College graduate and a magna cum laude graduate from Duke Law School where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. After law school, she clerked for a United States District Court judge in Virginia and later, a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to law school, she obtained a master’s degree in journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and worked as a newspaper reporter in North Carolina. Brevorka is licensed to practise law in Ontario, New York, Texas, Florida and North Carolina (inactive). She also holds a permit as foreign legal consultant in Ontario.
