Nunavut law school aims to increase number of bar members in North

Admissions letters for the University of Saskatchewan’s Nunavut Law Program go out this week in the hope of growing the bar that serves one of Canada’s most northern territories.

The Nunavut Law Program is a four-year doctor of law program run in partnership with the government of Nunavut and Nunavut Arctic College. Launching in September, the program will be composed of 25 students who will study in Iqaluit.
