B.C. to make resolving small claims disputes easier online

Beginning on June 1, the British Columbia Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) will begin to resolve small claims disputes up to $5,000 online.

Currently, only strata property (condominium) disputes can be resolved through the CRT online.

The small claims disputes the CRT will soon be able to resolve online will include contracts, debts, personal injury, personal property and consumer issues.
