WeirFoulds adds associate to wills, trusts and estates practice group

WeirFoulds welcomed Anna Alizadeh as an associate to the firm’s wills, trusts and estates practice group.

The firm’s press release said that Alizadeh represents clients in court and mediation regarding a variety of complex estates, trusts and capacity disputes, including guardianship matters, will challenge proceedings, passing of accounts and dependent relief applications. Prior to joining WeirFoulds, she practised at a boutique wills, trusts and estates firm.

Alizadeh has a B.Sc. with a major in psychology and a minor in biology (2012) from York University. She also earned a certificate in French and European Union law from the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II in 2014. She earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2015 and her L.L.M. from Queen Mary, University of London in 2020.
