Mathews Dinsdale adds associates in Calgary, Toronto

Mathews Dinsdale announced that Brady Farmer has joined the firm as an associate in its Calgary office, while associates Heather Power and Yinka Oyelowo have joined the firm’s Toronto office.

According to the firm’s press release, Farmer provides advice to employers in connection with all aspects of labour and employment law. He routinely advises employers on employment contracts, workplace policies, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations and collective bargaining. He regularly represents employers before civil courts and human rights tribunals.

Power provides advice to employers in connection with all aspects of employment law, including employment standards, employment contracts, workplace policies, human rights, terminations, unjust dismissals and workplace investigations. She regularly represents employers before courts, arbitrators and administrative tribunals.

Oyelowo provides advice to employers in connection with all aspects of labour and employment law. She is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, contract review and human rights and employment law litigation. She was co-president of the Canadian Lawyers for International Human Rights and the special project manager for the Black Law Students’ Association.
