Josh Koziebrocki has opened Koziebrocki Law, a firm focused on representing regulated professionals with complaints, investigations and discipline proceedings.

Koziebrocki, a former assistant Crown attorney, works with professionals in difficult and challenging situations involving their licence to practise by assisting them when faced with various regulatory and legal issues, including professional negligence, billing and payment (including OHIP), fraud allegations, sexual allegations, hospital privileges, peer assessments, practice inspections, capacity, privacy-related matters, inquests, public inquiries and quality assurance issues.

Koziebrocki has represented countless professionals before licensing bodies from the complaint process and investigations through to discipline hearings and has appeared as counsel at numerous regulatory hearings and at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

He has an appreciation of how professionals are regulated in Canada and frequently lectures on legal topics relevant to professionals.
