Two new associates for Cox & Palmer in P.E.I.

Cox & Palmer’s Charlottetown office welcomed new associates, Maggie Hughes and Frank Follwell, after their recent calls to the Prince Edward Island bar.

According to the firm’s press release, prior to receiving a juris doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2020, Hughes obtained a bachelor of commerce (co-operative) at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador in 2017. She currently practises in a variety of areas, including general and civil litigation, criminal defence, labour and employment, municipal, insurance litigation, family, wills and estates planning and real estate law.

Follwell graduated from the University of Prince Edward Island’s bachelor of business administration program in 2016. Following his time at UPEI, he worked with a local startup before obtaining a J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, in 2020. He currently practises in a variety of areas, with a primary focus on corporate and commercial, real estate and wills and estates planning.
