Inna Koldorf  has launched a new firm, Koldorf Workplace Law focusing on assisting employers with labour, employment and human rights law. It also provides third-party workplace investigation services.

Koldorf’s experience in workplace law is unique: for a number of years she provided advice and representation to unions and employees before moving her practice to advice and representation on behalf of employers.

She has developed an expertise in construction labour relations, and often assists employers with communications during organizing campaigns, responding to certification applications and addressing day-to-day human resources issues on construction sites.

She has represented employers before a variety of administrative tribunals and courts including the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, labour arbitrators, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Federal Court of Canada. Koldorf is also an experienced workplace investigator.

Koldorf is a director on the board of directors of the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce and the board of directors of the Alzheimer Society Peel. She is also an active member of the Ontario Bar Association labour & employment law section programming committee.

Prior to starting Koldorf Workplace Law, Koldorf was a partner in an employment and labour law boutique.
