Canadian companies struggling to adjust to anti-spam law

Canadian companies are still struggling to come to grips with Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) that came into effect July 1, 2014.

That was the takeaway from a roundtable discussion on how CASL is impacting companies at this year’s Canadian Corporate Counsel Association national conference in Toronto from April 2-4.
