Two new associates for Heinen Hutchison

Henein Hutchison LLP welcomed new associates Brandon Chung and Meghan Pearson to the firm.

According to the firm’s press release, Chung’s practice focuses on criminal, regulatory and appellate litigation. Prior to joining Henein Hutchison, he clerked for Justice Michael Moldaver of the Supreme Court of Canada and two justices of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. He holds a J.D. from Queen’s University and an LLM (First Class) from Cambridge University, which he attended as a Paul Martin Sr. Scholar.

Pearson has joined as a civil litigation associate. Her litigation practice focuses on a broad range of civil and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Henein Hutchison, she clerked at the Federal Court of Appeal for Justice Anne Mactavish and worked for the civil litigation branch of the Ministry of the Attorney General. She holds both a J.D. and LL.B. from McGill University.
