Loopstra Nixon hires new associate

Loopstra Nixon LLP welcomed Alyssa Granato as an associate.

According to the firm’s press release, Granato’s practice focuses on municipal, land use planning and development law.

She has experience appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on motions.

Before joining the firm, she completed a full-service articling term at the Regional Municipality of Peel, which gave her an in-house perspective on the practice of municipal, land use planning and development law.

Granato received her juris doctor from Osgoode Hall law school. Prior to law school, she earned an honours BA in political science with a minor in legal studies and a research specialization from Wilfrid Laurier University.
